Bloodroot - Early Spring

Yarmoshuk's Garden is below the Niagara Escarpment about 2 miles south of Lake Ontario in downtown St. Catharines which gives us a microclimate in zone 7a. According to Jack Looye, some varieties of Rhodos and Azaleas that will flower here will not do so in his Rhodoland Nursery which is only 10 kms away closer to Niagara Falls .
